Survivors include, two nieces, M. Joan Fredrick and Shirley Martin both of Indianapolis and a great- niece, Debra Carfiro of Indianapolis and two great-nephews,Michael Carifiro of Florida and David Fredrick of Indianapolis.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Armond and Rose (Giroux) Hebert, two sisters, Bertha and Irene Myers, a brother, Joseph Hebert and husband, Donald Kaluzewicz.
