Elizabeth H. Fregia Elizabeth Hoffman Fregia, 51, of New Fairfield, wife of Roger D. Fregia, died on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at her home. Mrs. Fregia was born in Stamford, CT, January 3, 1962, a daughter of Kenneth E. Cantrell of Wilton, Maine and the late Judith E. (Panella) Lamb. She resided in Stamford to the age of twelve and relocated to Florida and later to Texas and Pennsylvania. A graduate of Lamar University of Beaumont, Texas, Mrs. Fregia received her LPN degree in 1984 and her RN degree in 2011.
