Elizabeth Wainwright Gurley, age 87 of Birmingham, AL passed away on June 6, 2013. She was a member of Taylor Memorial United Methodist Church where she was a member of the United Methodist Women’s Organization. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lena and George Wainwright, her sister, Louise Wells, and her husband, Ralph T. Gurley. She is survived by her daughters, Sherry Pugh (Allen) and Cindy Lawrence (Jerry); sister, Barbara Hyche Myrick; grandchildren, Brad and Bryan Pugh and Melanie and Taylor Lawrence.
