Prospect – Mrs. Elizabeth Mary (DuBay) Dominy, age 77, of Prospect, CT died Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at the Alzheimer’s Resource Center of Plantsville. She was the wife of Terrence M. Dominy.
Mrs. Dominy was born February 17, 1938 in Waterbury, a daughter of the late George and Mary (Sullivan) DuBay.
She was retired from Marion Manufacturing in Cheshire after working many years as a machine operator.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who in her spare time enjoyed making dolls.
Besides her husband Terrence, Elizabeth is survived by her five children William (Bill) Meehan and his wife Teresa of NC, Marcia Zello and her husband Timothy of Cheshire, Colleen Meehan of Torrington, Shaun Dominy and his wife Tina of Naugatuck , John Meehan and his wife Lisa of Waterbury, 11 grandchildren: Christopher, Heather, Sarah, David, Meghan, Justin, Kyle, Tyler, Michael, Sydney and Bradd and her brother Myles DuBay of Milford.
