Elizabeth Cari Oliva, 84, of 78 Clifford St., Hamden passed away on July 3, 2013 in Regency House, Wallingford. She was the wife of the late Joseph Oliva. Born in New Haven on April 6, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Philomena Fusco Cari. She worked as a cosmetic saleswoman for the former Edw. Malley Co. She is survived by a son, Anthony Oliva; a daughter, Christine Oliva; a sister, Shirley (Jimmy) Dowd; sister in law, Peggy Cari; two grandchildren, Gabrielle & Sophia; and several nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Bobby Oliva and two brothers, Thomas Cari and Anthony Cari Jr.
