Elizabeth C. Dimmig, 99, formerly of Bingen, died on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at Cedarbrook Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Paul E. Dimmig who passed away in 1987.

Born on March 13, 1915 in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Cecelia (Zaun) Neibauer.

Elizabeth was the oldest member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Fountain Hill and was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan. When she was 95 years old, she threw the first pitch at an Iron Pigs baseball game. She was an avid walker and bowler and enjoyed crocheting.

She is survived by her loving family; daughter, Bonnie Barron of Bethlehem; son, Paul W. Dimmig and wife Linda of Ft. Myers, FL; 2 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren; 9 step great-grandchildren; 5 step great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by sister, Mary Zink; brothers, Frank and William Neibauer.
