Elizabeth Ann “Betty” Michael, age 75, of Hazel Green, passed away on Tuesday January 18, 2011 at Huntsville Hospital.
Betty was born in Manhattan, NY and grew up in Fitchburg, Mass. She moved to Huntsville shortly before marrying in March of 1958. Betty was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker. She was an active volunteer in her community.
Betty is survived by her husband, Morris Michael, Jr. of Hazel Green; her sons, Mark Michael and wife Theresa of Huntsville, and Craig Michael of Toney; her daughter, Kathy Carter and husband Johnny of Toney; and her grandchildren, Jasen and Maegan Carter, Leslie Baker and husband Matt, and Matthew Michael.
