Elizabeth “Betty” Borgs, 90, of Holiday City Berkeley Twsp. section of Toms River, NJ died on Tuesday December 9, 2014 at Community Medical Center. Born in New York, NY she lived in Maspeth, Queens, NY before moving to Toms River, NJ 20 years ago. Elizabeth is predeceased by her husband James Borgs and her siblings Mary, Theresa, Walter and Ann.
She is survived by her son James J. Borgs and his wife Rebecca of Freehold, NJ; her granddaughter Dawn Maier and her husband Larry of Monmouth Junction, NJ and her great grandchildren Robert and Amanda. Family will receive friends on Thursday December 11, 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals 145 St. Catherine Blvd. Toms River, NJ.
