Elizabeth “Betty” Frankenberg, 93, departed this world peacefully on August 6, 2016, surrounded by loving family members. A mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, wife and friend, Betty left a legacy of laughter and love and will be greatly missed. Born on September 21, 1922 in Springfield, MA, Betty’s parents were Ralph Parmenter and Arlene Morton. Betty grew up in the Springfield area and attended American International College in Springfield. Betty was a resident of Manchester, CT, for 60 years where she raised her family and developed many long-term friendships.
