On March 7, 2022, Elizabeth “Betsy” Theresa Baker of Frederick, MD passed away. She was the daughter of the late Samuel Richards and Elizabeth (nee Bogan) Richards.
Betsy is survived by children Kenny Baker of Woodbridge, VA, Traci Eddinger (Jimmy) of Purcellville, VA, Scott Baker (Kim) of Baltimore, MD, brother in law Samuel Booth of DE (the late Barbara Booth) and sister in law Dee Frykman of PA (the late Samuel Richard). She is also survived by her grandchildren Grace, Grant Baker, Austyn, and Alexis Eddinger.
Betsy was the Philanthropist of the Year 2013 in Carroll County and she loved all of the time she spent volunteering.
