Williamsport, MD – Elizabeth “Betsy” Reynolds, 88, of Williamsport, MD passed away on Monday, October 20, 2014 at her home.
Born, March 30, 1926 in Barton, Maryland to the late Harmon D. and Christine Stevenson Gannon.
She was a graduate of Barton High School Barton, MD.
During World War II she was employed at the Celanese Plant as a textile worker in Cumberland, MD. After the War she worked at various dress shops in the Cumberland Area.
She was previously a member of Centre Street United Methodist Church Cumberland, MD where she taught Sunday School. She currently is a member of Williamsport United Methodist Church Williamsport, MD where she taught Sunday School and helped with the Methodist Men’s Dinners at the church.
She made finger puppets for the Washington County Hospital Auxiliary for many years.
She was a Girl Scout Leader in the Williamsport area.

Great Grandsons: Colton and Tucker

She was predeceased by her granddaughter Samantha Rae Kelly, sister Kate Hadley and two brothers James Gannon and Billy Gannon.
