Elizabeth Ann “Libby” Riley Fawcett, 51 of (Scotch Hill Community) Newburg, WV passed away Tuesday January 25, 2011 at Monongalia General Hospital. She was born in Morgantown on Feb. 19, 1959, daughter of Mary Belle Turner Riley and the late Richard Glenn Riley of Scotch Hill Rd. Libby graduate from Newburg High School in 1977. She graduated from Clarksburg Beauty Academy as a certified Cosmetologist and owned and operated Libby’s Nail Emporium in Morgantown. She loved gardening, feeding wild birds, crafts and needle point and reading. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, James E. “Jim” Fawcett, three sisters, Deborah Anne Loughry and Randy Sr. of Scotch Hill, Tammy Dawn Riley of Morgantown, and Cristy Jo Baker and Chris of Scotch Hill; father and mother-in-law, James C and Marie Fogle Fawcett of Grafton/Flordia; sister-in-law Elizabeth E Doerr and Tony of McHenry, Md , brother-in-law, Thomas A Fawcett and Pam of Waverly, OH eight nieces and nephews, Randy J Loughry Jr., Austin Doerr, Ryan Fawcett, Christopher A Calvert, Kassi Fawcett, Cheyenne T Baker, Caitlyn S Baker, and Chandler L Baker; Libby also loved her cats, Kita, Yoda and Oscar.
