Elizabeth was born on December 30, 1930 in New York, New York to Katherine and Matthew Kelsh. She is predeceased by her loving son, David, her parents and sisters – Dorothy, Marguerite and Mary. She possessed a contagious smile and an entertaining sense of humor. Throughout her life she maintained a sweet and simple demeanor that won the trust and hearts of many, who even now are being changed by her witness of constant nurturing, love and faith. After graduating from the Academy of Sacred Heart of Mary and Berkley School in New York City, Elizabeth worked at Young & Rubicam until she met her loving husband, David T. Poore, on a blind date.
