Elizabeth A. “Liz” Shook, age 54 of Midland, died Thursday September 15, 2016 at her residence.
The daughter of Irene (Jankowski) and the late Louie Wenglikowski was born on December 5, 1961 in Midland where she was raised and educated. Liz loved animals and was involved with SOS Animal Rescue. She also help run the family business Ace Auto Repair with her husband Joel.
Surviving is her husband of 22 years Joel E. Shook of whom she married on June 6, 1992 in the Floyd Church of God; mother, Irene Wallace of Midland; brothers, Steve (Sherie) Wenglikowski of Calumet, Michigan, Chris (Roxanne) Wenglikowski of Connecticut; sister, Yvonne Wenglikowski of Midland; mother and father in law, Jerry and Kay Shook; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her farther Liz was preceded in death by her sister, Angela Katzinger.
