Elijah Roy Stai, 17, of Park Rapids, MN passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 15, 2012.
Eli was born on Saturday, June 18, 1994 in Bemidji, MN to Trevor and Melissa (Geroy) Stai.
Eli enjoyed hanging out with his friends, dancing, listening to music, and playing video games with his family. He also liked to sing, skate board, swimming, and messing around with his sister Cassandra. He loved taking long nature walks. He especially loved his grandma Nancy, having long talks with people and sharing his emotions. Eli loved his family more than life itself; never ending a conversation without saying I love you.
Eli accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in November of 2010.
Eli is survived his parents David and Melissa (Geroy) Katz of Park Rapids, MN, brothers; Kurt Thiemecke, Samuel, Jared, and Elijah Katz all of Park Rapids, one sister Cassandra (Alex) Holmen of Park Rapids, uncle Brad (Shelby) Geroy of Louisiana, grandpa Jerry (Jill) Geroy of Laporte, MN and grandma Nancy Jungwirth of Bemidji, MN.
