Elener Jean Allen, 92, of Indianapolis previously of Kokomo, passed away on June 24, 2018. She was born to the late Irwin and Minnie Stidham on August 12, 1925. Elener grew up one of 10 children; Donald, Robert, Ernest, Erwin Stidham, Jr., Sue Love, Eunice Edsel, Verna Williams, Marty Woods and Mary Wright. On April 22, 1946 she married Matthew Allen, and he precedes her in death.
She was employed at Delco Electronics for over 38 years, retiring in 1991. Elener enjoyed watching Nascar, basketball and football.
Elener is survived by her daughter Connie Taylor and granddaughter Lorraine Taylor-Walters.
