Our loving mother and grandmother, Elena Susan Smith Derbyshire, 57, was called home too soon following a valiant battle with cancer, on September 18, 2022.
She was born on May 8, 1965 in Downey California, the daughter of Ernest and Constance Smith.
She spent most of her life working as a Life Insurance Specialist in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Elena loved shopping for clothes and shoes, she really liked nice things.
She was a wise woman who cared for and was always there for everybody in her life. She loved spending time with her family and loved her grandchildren.
She is survived by her children Christopher Nicholas, Mariah, Daniel and Celine; her grandchildren Makai, Joshua, Hazel, Caleb and Alex. She was preceded in death by her parents.
