Eleanor Dublin was born on February 24, 1925 in Georgetown, Guyana to Theodore and Amelia Victor. She was the last survivor of her siblings, Milroy, Elsa, Clarice and Gwendolyn. First and foremost she was a Godly woman, faithful wife, wonderful mother, loving grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and mother-in-law, who will be greatly missed. Her fruits live on through those whose lives she impacted.

While in Guyana, Eleanor married the late, Stanley Alexander Dublin in 1948. She was a homemaker caring for their children and she managed a home-based business as a beautician. She loved to read, other hobbies included cooking, sewing, and gardening. She was a faithful member of Bethel Gospel Hall (Camp Street) Georgetown. A woman of quite strength, she leaves as her legacy an understanding of serving and loving of the Lord, and the immense belief in charitable giving.

Eleanor migrated to the United States permanently in 1972; she resided with her sister Gwendolyn and was later joined by Stanley and their children. She was employed at the Pollack Nursing Home (Margaret Hague) for 20 years as Certified Nursing Assistant, retiring at the age of 60.

She was a member of Grace Gospel Chapel, Jersey City, since 1974 and faithfully attended all meetings, especially the Tuesday night prayer meetings and ladies meetings. She will be missed by the believers at Grace Chapel.

Mother of the late Reginald Dublin, she leaves to celebrate her life, her children, Kathleen Burnham, Joan Dublin, Pansy Lewis, Dawn Quinn, and Trevor Dublin; her grandchildren Sonya Collins, Richlyn Burnham, George McQuilkin II, Arielle, Taylor and Sara Dublin; her great grandchildren Kenneth and Amelia Collins; Nearest of kin, Brian Victor and the Victor Family, Reginald Butler and Lyn Butler-Mataitini, and the Dalzell, Newton, Ramdial and Rodney families.

She will be remembered for her Love of the Lord, faithfulness, wisdom, and strength of character; always reading her bible and living His word by loving and caring for people. The joy of the Lord is your strength.
