Eleanor Theivagt, 87, of Jacksonville, IL and formerly of Springfield, IL died Sunday, September 5, 2010 at the Prairie Village Health Care Center in Jacksonville.
She was born May 25, 1923 in Virginia, IL; the daughter of Harry Sr. and Bess Spires Theivagt. She is survived by a sister, JoAnn Bradshaw of Avon, IN; a brother, Harry Theivagt Jr. of Jacksonville; and several nieces and nephews.
Ms. Theivagt was a graduate of Chandlerville High School and had lived most of her adult life living and working in Springfield. Her employment included Quality Dairy and Myers Brothers Department Store.
