In addition to her husband Floyd Phelps,she was preceeded in death by her parents Annie and Victor Lee, brothers Jimmy Lee, and Roscoe Lee. Eleanor was a graduate of Mercy Hospital school of nursing class of 1960 and worked for Dr. James Kiely and Dr. J. R. Shell.
