Mrs. Eleanor M. Dillon, 95, of Boise, a homemaker, passed away Saturday, February 20, 2010 in a local care facility of natural causes.
Mrs. Dillon was born in Kimberly, Idaho on July 26, 1914, the daughter of Adolph G. Schultz and Mrs. Johanna Polzin Schultz.
Her husband, William Dillon had joined the FBI, under J. Edgar Hoover, in 1936 following graduation from the Law School of University of California. Thereafter, the Dillons served throughout the United States, as a senior Investigative Agent and concluded with retirement in 1965. Assignments included tours of duty in Idaho, at Boise, Idaho Falls, and Pocatello. After retirement, the Dillons resided at Santa Rose, California, where Dillon had a civil law practice from 1965 until 1984, when the Dillons retired to Boise.
Eleanor’s husband, William, passed away on May 27, 1989 in Boise. Survivors are nephew, Rick Schultz of Fruitland, ID; sister-in-Law, Louise Schultz of Boise, ID; first cousin, Betty Jean Jackson of Nampa, ID; and nephew, Michael Hyden of Bryon, TX.
