Eleanor Malafronte, 84, a longtime resident of Milford and wife of the late Gabriel Malafronte, passed away peacefully at home on February 15, 2015. She was born on April 12, 1930, to the late Michael and Nancy Stella. Eleanor worked at Milford Hospital for 25 years in addition to owning and operating Spring Meadow Farm for 41 years. She was a sister belonging to the Orange Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Eleanor leaves behind her daughters: Catherine Yaeger (Robert) of FL, Kimberly Lombard of Guilford, and Rhonda Alfano (Franco) of Milford; her grandchildren: Michael and Joseph Lombard and Vincent and Gabriella Alfano; and her great granddaughter Emily Lombard. She also leaves behind her Goddaughter Valerie Harlick.
