Born in Pittstown, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Clifford and Lucy Edmunds Hawkins and wife of the late Eugene Vincent Maynard, M.D. She was also preceded in death by her son, Jonathan Thomas Maynard and siblings, Clifford Hawkins, Jr.
