Eleanor Everett, 96, of Holiday City, Berkeley Twp., NJ passed away Friday, October 24, 2014 at home. Born in East Orange, NJ, she lived in Seaside Heights, NJ before moving to Berkeley Twp. 20 years ago. Eleanor was a member and past President of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post 351, Seaside Heights. She was also an avid card player and New York Yankees fan. Eleanor was predeceased by her husband, John M. Everett, in 1993, her son John “Jack” Martin Everett III on September 28, 2014 and 3 brothers George, Vernon and Bob Brueno.
She is survived by her 2 sons and daughters in law Richard & Linda Everett of Brigantine, NJ and Bill & Debbie Everett of Forked River, NJ, a brother and sister in law Raymond & Madeline Brueno of Whiting, NJ, 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
