Elaine Salazar – Lindsey, 69, of Farmington, New Mexico passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 in Waterflow, New Mexico. Elaine was born on December 4, 1952 in Durango, Colorado to Ubaldo Salazar and Irene Padilla.
Elaine was a Dental Assistant for 30 years starting her career in Farmington, New Mexico and eventually moving to Pendleton, Oregon where she retired. In 1998 Elaine and Butch purchased an apple orchard and farm in Waterflow, New Mexico and resided there until her death.
Elaine is preceded in death by her husband, Loyd “Butch” Lindsey, her father, Ubaldo Salazar, her sister, Mildred Salazar – Monsivaiz, and her mother, Irene Padilla – Salazar.
Elaine is survived by her daughter, Terra Linsey – Lacey (Scott R. Lacey), grandchildren, Shawna-Rae Pearson, Jacob Walter Lacey, Larissa Elaine Lacey, Brandon Russell Eugene Lacey, Hannah Pearson – Jung (Adrian Jung) and Great Grandson, Ashton Loyd, her sister, Pauline Salazar – Flores (Charlie Flores), Will Salazar, Mark Salazar, Rick Salazar, Regina Salazar – Alcon (Joseph).
