Elaine F. Lowe, age 83 of Birmingham, AL passed away on April 23, 2016. Her husband of 52 years, Gerald K. Lowe, Sr. passed away on July 18, 2015. Elaine is survived by her son, Kenny (Christy) and daughter, Roxanne (Gary); 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; sister, Sue Walker of Berlin, PA. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Clay, AL. She was employed by Rust Engineering, AFLAC Insurance and Party City. She is said “to be the greatest mother of all time” and be “stronger than nails”.
