Elaine E. Gerrish passed away on September 26, 2018 while surrounded by her loving family at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, CT. Elaine was born on February 17, 1944 in Norwalk, CT to the late Mae (Gardiner) and Walter Henry Gerrish. She raised her children in Bethel and Danbury, CT. Then resided in West Palm Beach, FL for 21 years.
Elaine was the life of the party and she took every opportunity to gather her family together. She loved her family greatly, cherished time spent traveling and had a passion for bowling.
Elaine is survived by her beloved children, daughter Cynthia Ciatto (spouse Joseph) of Danbury and son Todd Gerrish (spouse Krissie) of Sandy Hook. Three grandchildren; Alyson, Riley and Bryan Gerrish. As well as by her sister Shirley Scappatura of Norwalk, brother Roger Gerrish (spouse Lee) of Killingworth, Sister-in-law Berniece Gerrish of New Bern, NC, Raymond Allain of Florida. She is predeceased by one brother Gordon, and two sisters Lois and Marilyn.
