Mrs. Duffee was born on January 31, 1931 in Ridgway, PA, a daughter of Henry and Emma (Weissenfluh) Gardner. She married James W. Duffee on June 10, 1948 who preceded her in death on January 1, 2004.
Mrs. Duffee was a loving mother and caring home maker, who assisted her husband in operating the Pennsy Restaurant in Ridgway, PA from 1966 until her retirement in 1992.
Survivors include 2 daughters, Mrs. Frank (Judy) Mann of Ridgway, PA and Mrs. Tom (Susan) Ochrietor of Treasure Lake, PA; 5 sons, Mike Duffee and wife Carolyn of Clearfield, PA, Rodger Duffee and wife Debbie of Ridgway, Robert Duffee and wife Annie of Ridgway, PA, Ken Duffee and Wife Cindy of Clark, PA, Ted Duffee and Wife Cindy of Ridgway, PA. Also Surviving are several grandchildren and great grandchildren and 7 sisters and 2 brothers.
