Eileen Marie McGuire-Reitsam, 31, died peacefully in her home in San Diego, CA. on May 13, 2015. She was a cherished, loving and supportive wife, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and friend. Her many family members and friends will forever mourn her passing.
Eileen was born in Orange, CA. and raised in Riverside, CA and Scottsdale, AZ. While a resident of Scottsdale, Eileen attended Mohave Middle School, Saguaro High School, and Phoenix College. She worked for Rural Metro locally and Pite-Duncan in San Diego.
She enjoyed travel, photography, baseball, and lively conversation. Eileen loved her family, her friends, and her animals. She had a talent for cooking and was known for preparing wonderful Thanksgiving dinners. She could be counted on to choose just the right gift for a special occasion.
Preceded in death by her father, Patrick McGuire, Eileen will be especially missed by her husband, Don Reitsam, her mother, Patricia Saunders McGuire, sisters: Elizabeth Johnson and Erin McGuire (husband AJ Terrazas), nephew, James Johnson, niece, Clair Terrazas, mother and father in law: Frances Siavelis (husband Mike) and Herb Reitsam (wife Nora), sister in law, Cindy Reitsam and brother in law, Chuck Reitsam.
