Mrs. Eileen M. Umapathy, age 60, of Woodbridge, beloved wife of Dr. Mallasetappa Umapathy, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 29, 2009 at CT Hospice, Branford.
Eileen was born in Kenmare, Ireland on September 10, 1949, the daughter of the late John and Mary Ellen O’Connor Palmer. Eileen was a retired nurse having worked in England.
In addition to her beloved husband, survivors include her three loving children Kiran Umapathy of San Diego, CA; Christopher Umapathy and Lindsey Umapathy both of Woodbridge, a sister Patricia Palmer of Kenmare, Ireland. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
