Eileen Lucille Peace Locke, 77, of Ooltewah, was called home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 14, 2010. She was born on November 22, 1932 to the late Charles W. Peace and Bertie H. Peace of Meigs, County, Tennessee and was one of eleven children. Eileen worked for many years as the director of Head Start in Chattanooga where she was very dedicated to the program. She always gave everything to help others and she loved those she worked with.
