Eileen Brown, 97, passed away August 16, 2014 at Hartley Hall Nursing Home in Pocomoke City, MD after a brief illness. She was born January 13, 1917 in Columbus, OH to the late Harrison and Carolyn Robison. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her foster mother Mary Grogan, her loving husband of 65 years Walter Brown, and her daughter and son-in law Barbara and Marvin Strzelecki. She is survived by her daughter Mary (Kenneth) Endres of Fruitland, MD and son Walter (Jane) Brown of Marlin, TX. She is also survived by six grandchildren: Kathleen (Thomas) Walton of Hyattsville, MD; Patty (Charles) Doherty of Salisbury, MD, Ken Endres of Salisbury, MD, Kevin Endres of Fruitland, MD; Lisa (Michael) Billetdeaux of Lake Havasu City, AZ and Ann (Bob) Westby of Warren, MI. She also leaves six great-grandchildren: Tristan, Arden and Callum Walton of Hyattsville, MD and Katy, Molly and Christian Endres of Salisbury, MO, and a nephew, Thomas Stout, of Columbus, OH. The family wishes to thank special friends John and Fred Rossetti, who lovingly helped Eileen after her husband’s death.
