WINSTED -CISCO- Eileen Cisco, passed away peacefully at Valerie Manor on December 5, 2016. She was the devoted wife of the late Frederick Cisco. Born April 1, 1927 in Winsted; the daughter of the late (father) Walter and Mary (Southowski) Fritz Sr., also the late (Dad) Michael Senack. Eileen was an interior Designer and always dressed to the nines. She was the Winsted Laurel Queen and Miss Winsted. She was glamorous, giving person and will be missed by all who knew her. She leaves a sister, Barbara Martin of Winsted; 3 step daughters, Lorrain Adelberg, Beverly Kennedy and Karen Schuttlur; and their children; 2 nephews, Wayne Martin and wife Linda and Charles Martin and wife Susan. She was predeceased by a brother, Walter Fritz, Jr.
