He was born to Junior “Papa” Medina and Norma Medina on December 11, 1959, in Los Angeles, where he worked at UPS for over 35 years as a member of the Teamsters. He moved to Idaho shortly after he retired at the age of 55.
Efren is survived by his mother Norma, brother Steve, former spouse Janet, two loving sons Efren and Leonard, and his beloved grandchildren, Emily, Efren, and Ella.
