Edwin R. Provost, 77, of Holiday City, Berkeley Twp., passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2019. Born in Jersey City, NJ, he lived in Toms River for over 35 years before moving to Berkeley Twp. in 2004. Edwin was Owner of Rembrandt Painting and Decorating in Toms River for many years.
He served in the New Jersey Army National Guard for 6 years. Edwin is survived by his wife of 52 years, Judith “Judy” (nee Kohlbecker), three children Penny Shank of Forked River, Dawn Carbonetto of Toms River and Rob Provost of Toms River, two brothers Richard Provost of Manchester, NJ, and Raymond Provost of Dover, DE, two sisters Flo Galassini of Florida and Evelyn Husaranko of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, and two grandchildren Cassandra Shank and Nicholas Carbonetto.
