Muncie- Edwin Hale Norrick, Jr., 64, passed away late Friday evening, March 16, 2018, at his residence following an extended illness. He was born on March 20, 1954, in New Castle, the son of Edwin Hale and Viola (Hawkins) Norrick, Sr. .
Mr. Norrick is a 1972 graduate of Southside High School and later married the love of his life Diana Kay (Gunter) Norrick on January 28, 1997, in Muncie. Mr. Norrick had worked for the Speedway Oil Company for 18 years prior to his retirement in 2007. He enjoyed collecting Eagles and working on cars.
He is survived by two sisters, Melissa Wallen, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Christy Moses, Muncie; one son Rex Norrick (wife-Michelle), Muncie; nine grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren;
Besides his wife of fifteen years, Diana, he is preceded in death by his parents.
