Edwin G. Barman, age 84 of DeMotte, IN passed away on Monday, June 9, 2014. Born October 11, 1929 in Hammond, IN the son of George and Virgadel Barman, both are deceased. On July 17, 1970, in Highland, IN, Edwin married Eulalie (Pilotte).
Edwin worked at E.I Dupont for over 25 years as a machinist. He was a member of the St. Cecilia Catholic Church of DeMotte, IN.
Edwin is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Eulalie; seven children, Jeanine (Gordon) Thrall, Edwin (Karen) Barman, Ronald Barman, Gerald Barman, Kenneth (Sally) Barman, Kathy (Larry) Just, Darlene Barman. Six step-children, Rebecca Bambrick, Gretchen (Ed) Robinson, Jeff (Laura) Fox, Christopher Fox, Alan (Michelle) Fox, Anthony Fox. 23 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Edwin was preceded in death by Patricia (Ferree) Barman and step-son Michael Fox.
