Edwin “Eddie” Cloutier, 61, of Millersville passed away on December 23, 2017. Eddie was born on April 23, 1956 in Ft. Meade, Maryland to Charles and Margaret Cloutier. He was a self-employed Master Carpenter. Eddie loved his motorcycles and enjoyed hunting and race cars. He was a former Sr. Sergeant of Arms, for the Hogs and Heroes Foundation, National Chapter. He is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years, Marsha L. Cloutier; his son, Josh Fidler; his step-daughters, Loretta Kidwell and Cassandra Jo Futz; his sister, Margaret Burton; his nephew, Jason Burton and his niece, Kimberly Endean. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
