Edward Robinson, 83, Anderson, passed away May 1, 2012 at University Heights Rehab Center-Indianapolis after an extended illness.

He was born December 1, 1928 in Detroit, Michigan, and resided in Greenwood, Indiana. Edward served his country in the US Army. He retired from Delco Remy Division of General Motors after 23 years of service. Edward was a member of the VFW Post #266 and the UAW #662.

He is survived by his daughters, Marlene Gill Tim of Greenwood and Penny Presley of Virginia Beach, Virginia; sons, Steve Presley Debbie of Kokomo and Herman Presley Rita of Muncie; brother, Fred Robinson of Walled Lake, Michigan; sister, Claire Farmer of Port Charlotte, Florida and Madeline Bidwell of Montana; 13 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wives, Edith Robinson and Bessie Cooper Robinson; parents, Frank and Charlotte Cahill Robinson; and siblings, Robert, Richard, Dorothy, and June.
