Edward P. “Eddie” Llewellyn, Jr., 60, of Williamsport passed away Friday, July 6, 2018 at the Gatehouse at Divine Providence Hospital, surrounded by his family and friends.

Born February 16, 1958 in Fayetteville, N.C. he was a son of Edward P. Sr. and Vita Ann Zitello Llewellyn.

Eddie was a 1976 graduate of Williamsport High School where he played basketball as a Williamsport Millionaire. After high school he attended Bloomsburg University. He was a certified respiratory therapist and worked for UPS for 20 years in Port Charlotte, FL.

Eddie was a sports enthusiast playing baseball since little league and especially enjoyed playing basketball. He played, refereed and coached in many leagues throughout the greater Williamsport area as well as Port Charlotte, FL area. Most recently as an assistant basketball coach at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Eddie loved working with kids and helping them to become better players. Aside from sports, Eddie loved spending time with his family, being outdoors and had a special place in his heart for his dog, Hershey and ice cream too!

In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife of nine years, Diana Campisi Llewellyn; children Jessica Marie (Zachary) Otton of Cape Coral, FL, and Edward Vincent of Williamsport to his first wife, Frances Marie Mancine Llewellyn of Cape Coral, FL,. Alexis Sierra, Ashlee Nicole, and Anthony Joseph Llewellyn, all of Williamsport; a granddaughter Abigail Rose Otton; siblings Sherry Lynn Bischof (Denny Smith), Robert Lee Llewellyn (Carla Rhone) and Lori Lea (Stephen) Houseknecht, all of Williamsport and many nieces and nephews.
