Edward M. Brunelli, 93, of River Road, East Haven passed away Aug. 5, 2010 in the Masonic Home and Hospital, Wallingford. He was the beloved husband of Emma Guida Brunelli. Mr. Brunelli was born in New Haven Sept. 6, 1916, son of the late Pietro and Drusiana Brunelli. He was office manager for Spear Newman Inc. for several years prior to his retirement in 1983. During World War II, he served as a Technical Sergeant with the US Army in the European War Theater. Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, Edward M. Brunelli Jr. of New Haven; a daughter, Elaine Morgillo of York Beach, Maine; a granddaughter, Catherine Morgillo; and several nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, James and Paul Brunelli and two sisters, Grace Brunelli and Bertha Franco.
