Edward McGeehan, a resident of Newnan for the past 13 years, passed away Monday, May 4, 2015 in Greenville GA at the age of 82. He was born December 1, 1932 in McAdoo, PA. to the late James and Julia McGeehan. Edward was a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia and was a veteran of the Korean War. Before retirement he was director of data processing for several firms including, Lehigh Land Development Corp. in Fort Myers Fla., Sensormatic Corp. in Hollywood Fla. and Remington Firearms Corp. in Watertown Ct. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Agnes Delrose Bose McGeehan, a son Larry (Suzie) McGeehan of Newnan, a daughter Laura Oglesby of Riverside Ca. and four grandchildren. There are no services planned at this time.
