Edward “Eddie” Krcelich, 92, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully at home, Wednesday August 31, 2022 surrounded by his family. He was the husband of the late Dolores “Tootie” Krcelich with whom he shared over 70 years of loving marriage. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Stephen and Anna (Lazar) Krcelich. He was a graduate of Liberty High School, class of 1948, where he played basketball and football. Eddie honorably served his country in the United States Air Force. He worked for the Bethlehem Steel as a truck driver, and after retirement worked part time for Lehigh University. He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Bethlehem and the Croatian Fraternal Union. He loved spending time with his family at Lake Wallenpaupack and traveling with his wife Tootie. He was very proud of his

Croatian heritage.

 

 

SURVIVORS: He will be lovingly remembered by his son Edward F. Krcelich and Marie Greenawald of Bethlehem; grandsons Brian and his wife Colleen of Lower Saucon Township and Brett and his wife Virdeana of Downingtown and his great-grandchildren Justin, Marlena, Nathan, Anna and Brooke, along with many nieces and nephews. Eddie was preceded in death by his daughter in law Penny Krcelich.
