Ed was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of forty-seven years at the time of her death in 2009, Judy Bronkhorst; and a brother, Dick Bronkhorst. Survivors include three sons, Edward “Ted” Joseph Bronkhorst III of Milner, GA, David Aaron Bronkhorst and wife Kris of Fayetteville, GA and Andrew Scott Bronkhorst and wife Kellie of Woodstock, GA; a brother, Mike Bronkhorst; a sister; Carol Reams and four grandchildren, Nicklas Bronkhorst, Gavin Bronkhorst, Cameron Bronkhorst and Dylan Bronkhorst.
