Joe is survived by son, Paul and his wife Pat, New Smyrna Beach; daughter Janet and her husband Randy King, Herndon, VA; grandsons, Brian and Jeffrey King, Herndon, VA; brother, Danny Mansuy, Arlington, VA; two nieces and one nephew. He was preceded in death by is loving wife of 43 years, Patricia Merrill Mansuy.
