Edward J. Johnson, 53, of Quakertown died Thursday June 15th in St. Luke’s University Hospital- Bethlehem. He was the loving husband of Kathy (Gregory) Johnson. He was the devoted father of their children Nicholas, Kelsey, Megan, and Matthew. Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late William F., Sr. and Jeanne (Lasalle) Johnson. Ed had served with the US Navy. He worked as an electrician for the USPS in the Lehigh Valley distribution center. Ed enjoyed boating, crabbing and spending time with his family. He was a member of St. Isidore’s Catholic Church, 2545 W. Pumping Station Rd., Quakertown. Surviving with his wife are his brother William; sisters Michele, Maureen (Jim) Clemens, Janice (Steve) Longo, Karen (Clyde) Kirch, & Monica Shive.
