Edward J. Camacho, 84, of Lavallette, N.J., passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018. Born in New York, N.Y., and was a resident of Lavallette for the past 22 years.
Edward was the owner of Mogul Ski Shop in Pompton Plains, N.J. from 1963 to 1996. He was an avid sportsman who enjoyed skiing, surfing and boating. He was a lifeguard Captain in Ortley Beach in the 1950’s and Beach Chairman of the Monterey Beach Club. He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Josephine Camacho. Edward is survived by his wife Margo Camacho and many loving family members.
