Edward “Eddie” George Keindl, 42, passed away Monday, September 12, 2022, at his home in Syracuse, Utah. Eddie was born December 20, 1979, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Richard George and Mary Ann (Luman) Keindl. He was raised in Syracuse and graduated from Clearfield High School in 1998.
He spent many years living in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he worked at the Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson. In 2015, he obtained his Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice, then working in the security industry. He returned to Syracuse in 2017 to be closer to his parents.
Eddie was an avid fan of movies, TV, video games, comic book characters, New York City, and the New York Yankees. His family and many friends remember him as a kind and caring person who often made them smile and laugh with his witty sense of humor. He had a son and daughter who were both the love and light of his life.
Edward is survived by his son, Logan James Keindl; daughter, Megan Mariah Keindl; father, Dick; and brother, Doug (Pam) Keindl. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Ann.
