Edward E. Stackhouse age 80 of Ashland, passed away on January 14, 2021 at UH Samaritan.
Born on June 15, 1940 in Claysville, Ohio, the son of Vernon and Mary (Baughman) Stackhouse. Mr. Stackhouse was a retired employee of General Motors. He also served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam era. He was a member of the American Legion, a life time member of the Amvets, Moose Lodge and Ashland Eagles Arie 2178. He was also a member of the Road Runners Car Club.
On June 21, 1959, Ed was married to Sonja S. Miller who survives.
In addition to his wife, Sonja, he is survived by one son and daughter in law, Gene (Sondra) Stackhouse of Ashland. Also surviving are grandchildren; Seth Stackhouse of New Orleans, Louisiana, Morgan Young of Ashland, Miranda Hay of Ashland, Rick Akers of Ashland and Cody Ackers of Ashland.
One sister and brother in law also survive, Sandra (Ron) Obrecht.
