Edward passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2016 in Kalamazoo MI. He was born on January 14, 1935 in Dora, NM a son of A.B. and Lotus (Davis) Springer. Edward served in the US Army from 1958 to 1960.
He worked as an electrician for over 40 years and was a member of the IBEW Local 131 in Kalamazoo. Edward was also a member of the Three Oaks Masonic Lodge #239. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Floyd Springer. On June 2, 1957, Edward married the former Barbara M. Crook, who survives.
Also surviving are two children, Pam (Mike) Frank of Lawton, MI and Ken Springer of Paw Paw, MI; four grandchildren Skyler, Alex, Clayton and Sadie; four great-grandchildren, Nuala, Kaden, Keagen and Rylan; and a brother, Roy (Jo) Springer of Hobbs, NM.
